929 Luxe Boutique is a rebrand of A'Bel Consignment, LLC a former luxury e-commerce consignment boutique based out of Metro Detroit. A'Bel was founded in 2016 and is owned by Jasmine Nelson, graduate of Michigan State University. Jasmine started A’Bel Consignment to make a little extra cash, as she has a passion for fashion. A'Bel has flourished into a very profitable black owned business with a wonderful consignment program helping clients to sell their pre-owned designer items.

In December 2025, Jasmine decided to to rebrand her to business to now sell new fashion clothes for woman. The new name 929 came about as a tribute to her son. 929 stands for WAW on the telephone which is her son's initials. The new boutique located in Eastpointe, MI now offers today's newest fashion and as well as items for resell still under the A'Bel name. A'Bel Consignment offers today's luxury designer brands such as Christian Louboutin, Chanel, and many others for a fraction of the price.
